Q1. 聚氨酯（PU）材質與天然橡膠有何不同？

聚氨酯是一種合成材質，適用於對天然橡膠乳膠過敏的人士。
Polyurethane is a synthetic material suitable for people with latex allergies.

Q2. 有提供不同尺寸嗎？
Q2. Are different sizes available?
長度皆符合 JIS 標準（160mm 以上），寬度則為彈性材質，基本為 Free Size。根據使用者回饋，我們亦推出了加大（L）、特大（LL）與加小（S）等尺寸系列供選擇。
All condoms comply with JIS length standards (160mm or more). Width is flexible due to stretchable material, generally one-size-fits-all. However, based on customer feedback, we also offer L (Large), LL (Extra Large), and S (Small) sizes in specific series.

Q3. 應該將保險套存放在哪裡？
Q3. Where should I store condoms?
請存放於室內陰涼處（如抽屜內），避免陽光直射、車內或冰箱等極端環境。
Store them indoors in a cool, dry place like a drawer. Avoid exposure to sunlight, car interiors, or refrigeration.

Q4. 我無法正確套上，怎麼辦？
Q4. I can't put it on correctly. What should I do?
請確認有無弄錯正反面。用雙手指腹捏住頂端，慢慢地往下均勻滾至根部。僅單側推壓可能會導致無法正常佩戴。参考動画
Check if you have the correct side facing out. Pinch the tip and roll it evenly downward using both hands. Avoid pushing from one side only.Demo Video

Q5. 使用後是否會產生過敏？
Q5. Can it cause allergic reactions?
體質差異可能導致濕疹或蕁麻疹。如有不適請立即停止使用並就醫。所有產品皆含潤滑劑並可能含對羥基苯甲酸酯（Paraben）成分。
Some users may experience eczema or hives due to sensitivity. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. All condoms contain lubricant and may include parabens.

Q6. 找到舊款保險套還能使用嗎？
Q6. Can I use leftover condoms I bought a while ago?
若仍在外包裝上標示的有效期限內則可使用。請勿使用未標示期限或已過期之商品。
If the product is within the expiry date printed on the outer box, it's safe to use. Do not use products without expiry date or past the date.

Q7. 可以搭配潤滑液或潤滑凍使用嗎？
Q7. Can I use lubricants or gel with condoms?
可，只要是水溶性即可。我們販售的潤滑液與凍皆為水溶性，建議搭配使用以提升舒適度。
Yes, as long as it is water-based. All our lubricants and gels are water-based and safe to use with our condoms.

Q8. 可以搭配按摩油使用嗎？
Q8. Can I use condoms with massage oil?
不建議。橡膠與聚氨酯皆不耐油，接觸油類可能導致破損。請務必使用水溶性潤滑液。
No. Latex and polyurethane are not oil-resistant. Oils can cause condoms to break. Use water-based lubricants only.

◦ 海外地區運費：各國運費不同，請以結帳頁面顯示為準。
/ Overseas shipping fees vary by country; please refer to the checkout page for the final amount.

◦ 單筆訂單滿10,000日圓，日本國內免運費。
/ Free domestic shipping for orders over JPY 10,000 within Japan.

◦ 有庫存商品：下單確認後，約3〜10個工作日內出貨。

◦ 配送區域：全球（不受限制國家／地區除外）。

◦ 海外配送：海外訂單須如實申報商品，將以 Condomania 等品牌名稱標註，敬請理解。

配送單上必須標記品名，但不會使用「Condomania」、「保險套」等字樣，請放心。

沖繩以外地區：品名將標記為「雜貨」。
Outside Okinawa: labeled as "Miscellaneous Goods."

沖繩地區：因航空運輸需求，品名標記為「衛生用品」。
Okinawa: labeled as "Hygiene Products" for air transport security reasons.

◦ 隱私包裝：所有商品均以無法從外部辨識內容物的包裝出貨。
/ Discreet packaging: Items are packed to prevent identification of the contents from the outside.

Q12. 訂單取消政策

◦ 出貨前 / Before Shipping：
可通過網站或客服聯絡取消訂單。
/ Orders can be canceled via our website or by contacting customer support before shipping.

◦ 出貨後 / After Shipping：
出貨完成後無法取消。如符合退換標準，請於商品到達後依退換貨指示辦理。
/ Orders cannot be canceled after shipping. If eligible, please apply for a return or exchange according to our return policy after receiving the item.
