您可於下單後 48 小時內申請取消訂單。退款將於核准後 3–5 個工作日內 原路退回。
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment within 3–5 business days after approval.
🔁 退換貨說明 / Returns & Exchanges
我們的退換貨期為 30 天。若購買日起超過 30 天,恕無法提供退款或更換。
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
為保障個人衛生,僅接受未開封、包裝完整的商品申請退換,並需附上購買憑證。
For hygiene reasons, only items that are sealed, unused, and in original packaging are eligible for return, along with proof of purchase.

🔄 瑕疵品更換 / Exchanges (if applicable)
僅針對有瑕疵或損壞的商品提供換貨。請於商品送達後 72 小時內聯繫我們並提供照片說明。
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a description and photo.
🎁 禮品退貨 / Gifts
若商品於購買時標註為禮物並直寄給您,符合條件的退貨將以電子禮品卡方式補發。
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit in the form of a gift card.
